Shipping policy

Every order is handled with the same care as the pieces themselves. Here is how delivery works.

Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
• USA and international: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

These are estimates. Occasional delays can occur with customs or couriers.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local authority and are not included at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email email@viracocha.xyz and we will chase it with the courier straight away.

Addresses

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
